An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated CNS to join our dynamic and friendly Breast care specialist nursing team based at Guys Hospital at London Bridge. The role will include the support of women diagnosed with breast cancer, and nurse led follow up
We are looking for an experienced nurse who has an interest in developing their CNS skills or extending their current portfolio of skills and abilities You need to be able to prioritise your workload and assist us in meeting NHS Cancer waiting time and network targets whilst keeping patient experience at the heart of the cancer journey.

The Breast care CNS is responsible for the specialist nursing care of patients with Breast cancer.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting patients to live with and beyond cancer and will lead on holistic needs assessments and all aspects of personalised care for this patient group. The team run a variety of nurse led services including pre treatment information sessions, and nurse led follow up after treatment.
